Problem: The retreat host had a powerful vision to create a safe space for women to heal from burnout and step boldly into the fullest version of themselves. She had multiple brand extensions, an idea of how she wanted her retreat to feel and look, but no sure steps on how to take her idea and bring it into reality.

Goal: Monitor campaign channels and brand extensions to build an in-person and digital marketing strategy designed to attract sponsors, secure brand partnerships, and drive retreat attendance.

The Process

  • Brand Identity Development – Executed the retreat host’s theme (“She Decided To”), which became the anchor for messaging, visuals, and campaign storytelling.

  • Content Strategy – Designed a timeline of promotions leading up to the event, ensuring messaging aligned with media pitches, social content, and email campaigns.

  • Creative Team Assembly – Sourced and coordinated a team of dope independent contractors, including a videographer, photographer, graphic designer, and social strategist, to help move the message along through mediums.
